Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I train BJJ?

Learning Jiu-Jitsu requires balance. We recommend training 2-3 times per week to start. This allows you to build consistency and retain information without burning out. As you progress, you can adjust your training frequency based on your goals and schedule.

Can I be late to class?

Yes. We know life can get busy. Just show up when you can and jump in. If you need to leave early, that's fine too.
